We were pleasently surprised as it had some poor reviews. The lady at reception was lovely to deal with. Our room was clean, fair sized and no complaints there. Not super cheap or expensive and we enjoyed our one nights stay. It was quite too and near the Mission Inn. We would stay again

Definitely staying here again! Adeline checked us in! She is super nice and made us feel at home. The rooms were not what we expected, it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful rooms! My husband wanted to take the bed, he said it was extremely comfortable. Overall great place!!
We (4 of us, 2 rooms) stayed one night, August 12, 2025. It is a lovely motel. Very simple, yet inviting. The rooms were very clean, the office is quite nice with snacks and waters for sale; everything in good order. The provided breakfast was good, with several options. Management, a husband and wife, were welcoming and very nice & accommodating. We have a good friend in Riverside, so now we have found the perfect place to stay while visiting her. Comfortable and clean, very simple but everything you need! :) mattress is very comfortable and we slept good. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Free parking and breakfast is huge plus. Definitely staying here again.
Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Raincross Hotel. I had very low expectations for raincross hotel unfortunately given the reviews. The check in service definitely met those low expectations. Check out was great though. Hiral was absolutely amazing and hospitable in the checkout proccess and also during the continental breakfast one morning. I thought the hotel was going to be bad as well, but it checked of my boxes, it was relatively clean, quiet, and provided me a place to sleep! For that it gets 4 stars (5 stars for Hiral)
